"The Bridge was more than a gym for me ….it was a turning point in my life.
In the earliest days of my recovery, when I was trying to break old patterns and build new ones, this place became my foundation. I didn’t just come here to work out….
I came here to heal. The energy, the people, the unity… it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We’re all at different stages in our sobriety, yet moving toward the same goal: becoming better than we were yesterday. Being surrounded by living proof that recovery is real and that change is possible gave me a kind of hope that no words can fully capture. It made me believe in myself again.
The Bridge gave me a new addiction <3 a healthy one. A love for showing up, for pushing my body, for choosing growth every single day. It taught me discipline, self-respect, and how powerful it feels to take care of myself.
And then there’s Matt and Dan, two of the most genuine, positive, and giving people you will ever meet. They don’t just coach workouts, they pour into you as a person. Their knowledge of fitness and nutrition is incredible, but it’s their hearts that set this place apart. They see you. They believe in you. They meet you exactly where you are and help you rise.
For the first time in a long time, I felt like I belonged somewhere.
The Bridge isn’t just a gym …it’s a family, it’s accountability, it’s healing, it’s strength, it’s recovery in motion.
This place helped save my life, and I will forever be grateful."

"The BRIDGE paved a path that has led me to be a better version of myself. I am no longer the 'street creature' I became after falling into the pit of addiction."

"The Bridge has been there for me over the last few years, guiding me through both the good times and the bad. They didn’t just help me with addiction — they helped me with direction. Whether I was up or down, they kept me moving forward on the path to becoming the best version of myself. The support Dan and Matt gave me — mentally and physically — helped align me with the man I always saw myself becoming. A big part of the success I have today is because they believed in me and pushed me to believe in myself. Thanks, guys."

"Matt and Dan from The Bridge have had a huge impact on my life. I appreciate Matt’s witty & always on time humor and Dan's contagious energy surge. Really, these two have fought my fights with me and for me. They have come through with knowledge and training. I am an active person, so I am always working out, and they took me right under their wing, and I’m truly grateful. I met them in a rehab facility, and upon leaving, I was stressed and overwhelmed when it came to my transition to home, my living situation, and my routine with working out and just a healthy lifestyle. Well…Both of these guys got me into a sober living house based around my needs and have since then continued to show up for me."

"My name is Robby Summa. When I left prison last July, I didn't know how much my life could change. Through my sobriety journey, The Bridge gave me the tools I needed. Their physical training classes kept me strong, peer support kept me grounded, and through faith in Jesus, I found purpose. I've grown so much, and I'm finally taking ownership of my life. I'm so grateful to The Bridge."
